Hunter’s National Land Profile

Originally from West Virginia, I am the granddaughter of a Hungarian coal miner.  I learned to love the land from my Grandfathers on both sides of the family.    On one side was the experience of trips to coal mining country, through the steep West Virginia mountains to visit family and take vacations to State Parks.  On the other side of the family, with grandparents living right next door, my Grandfather’s love for nature was instilled in me.  He taught me about landscaping, gardening, and even the feel of working with wood.
A family hobby growing up was showing American Saddlebreds. Later in life, my daughters worked at horse farms and showed American Saddlebreds in Kentucky circuits. I continue to stay up on the latest in horse farm improvement construction.
Off to college, I landed in the Ag Business school at The Ohio State University.  After graduating, I learned land appraising as a loan officer for the USDA-Farm Service Agency.
The appraisal experience became wide and varied. Areas of appraisal experience include farm estates and partial interests for estate partitions, equestrian estates, forest, grassland, wetland, and agricultural conservation easements, transitional land, rural residential properties, and eminent domain work.
Now it is time to serve you with this expertise in real estate. After thirty years of appraising land, I decided to change it up and bit. I became a Licensed Sales Associate in 2018.   If you do not have an agent with a strong background in representing buyers and sellers of land, equestrian property, or farms, I’d like to be that person.  I can resolve land issues and make suggestions in your best interest.  As a Realtor with
Americana Real Estate and Auctions, and an agent on the Real-X mineral and solar exchange platform, I am looking forward to consulting and assisting in any of your land buying and selling needs.
A percentage of sale proceeds are contributed to animal rescue efforts in the county the sold property is located.
