Terms: There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus buyers premium will be the sales price. The sales price of personal property will be subject to 6% Kentucky Sales Tax to determine the final price. Payment to be in the form of cash or good check on the day of sale. All resale tax exempt bidders need to bring all pertinent forms with them to make copies on the day of the sale. All announcements from the auction block take precedence over any printed material, marketing materials, or any other oral statements made.
